An
Architectural Treasure. The most impressive architectural
detail of American Airlines Center is its signature
arches, providing an open-arm welcome to guests from
all four sides of the building. Another unique feature
is that a significant portion of the building's exterior
is encased with glass, allowing spectacular views of
the city from inside the building. The lobbies and sweeping
rotundas at each corner of American Airlines Center
are distinct landmarks and were designed to help guests
find their way around the building. The Center was designed
by David M. Schwarz/Architectural Services, Inc. and
HKS, Inc., and the team combined architecture and technology
to give Dallas a beautiful, fan friendly venue with
lots of hi-tech touches. [Top] |
